Launched in January, the Excess 11 catamaran saw her maiden voyage take place on France’s Atlantic coast.
From March 11th to 15th, the Excess team had the pleasure of welcoming the press and customers for sea trials aboard the very first Excess 11. More than 40 people gathered to try out this brand-new, simple, light and comfortable catamaran. French, Swiss, Croatians and Poles came along to sail on the Atlantic coast.
This catamaran with her elegant lines generated some very positive feedback. Her modern design, her volume worthy of a bigger boat, her storage space, her sailing performance even in the light airs seen at the time of the seatrials (less than 10 knots of wind), her ease of handling and of course her sunroof for enjoying the weather were features that won the hearts of all the private and professional participants!
